INTRO LESSON PACK
The Intro Pack is the first lesson package through which every student begins study at DocRocker Music Academy.
The Intro Pack is your first month with the company, and it includes your one free trial lesson, and the rest of your first month at our highest discounted rate.
After completing the Intro Pack, students are eligible for every other lesson package we offer.

ALL LESSONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING.
After the schedule has been established, the teacher will confirm each appointment via phone call, text message, or email to the Client within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson. The appointment is not confirmed until a reply is received. If the appointment cannot be met, the Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule the lesson. Failure to comply will result in the service being charged, even if it is not provided. If confirmed appointments are cancelled, they will be chargeD by default.

EARLY TERMINATION FORFEITS ALL DISCOUNTS ON THE ACCOUNT FOR THE CONTRACT TERM, Discounts RECEIVED are added to the termination fees listed.
ALL IN PERSON LESSONS (HOUSE CALLS) INCLUDE A $5 Travel FEE FOR EACH LESSON IN THE RATE.
“Our plans have been developed to allow for flexibility with scheduling. This way you don’t get penalized with surprise cancelled lesson fees, just because you went on vacation, or something in your life came up. We space out our terms to allow for scheduled break weeks and off weeks for holidays, trips, and other obligations. We do enforce a strict 24-hour lesson confirm-or-cancel policy so you have ample time to make alternative arrangements if necessary.”
